In this project, I designed and implemented a multi-channel chatbot to optimize Silverlight's expert selection process. The main goal was to improve communication with candidates and automate repetitive tasks within Zoho Recruit. To achieve this, I developed a system that integrated WhatsApp and a web platform via Make.com, enabling a seamless and efficient interaction with applicants.
